Did you know that while we have "universal" health care there are several things that are not paid for by the Medical Services Plan (MSP)? The majority of these things are not deemed medically necessary - things like cosmetic skin procedures, or physical exams for work or sports participation. In addition most forms are not paid for by MSP and if a government agency or employer does not cover the cost the fee is the responsibility of the patient.
